SEGULA HOLDING informs you that it may also enrich your profile with information about you, namely information collected (i) during its exchanges with you, whether written, by telephone, or during physical interviews and (ii) from professional social networks or from any public information source, when this information is useful for managing your application.

This information is subject to computer processing intended for the management of your application. Your data may also be integrated into a CV library, which will allow SEGULA HOLDING to offer you other opportunities, if applicable. To facilitate external and internal recruitment, SEGULA HOLDING uses the Cegid HR Talent Acquisition software, published by the company CEGID, allowing for the posting of job offers, the collection of applications, and their management.

SEGULA HOLDING acts as the data controller for the personal data provided, and CEGID acts as a processor. Given its purpose, consisting of processing the personal data of candidates responding to job offers and integrating candidate data into SEGULA HOLDING's CV library, the processing of your personal data is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of SEGULA HOLDING, namely the management of its recruitment processes, as well as for the execution of pre-contractual measures that may exist between SEGULA HOLDING and candidates responding to its job offers.

This data is hosted in France and will be transmitted to the persons in charge of recruitment within SEGULA HOLDING to enable them to study your application. Responses in fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and failure to respond may compromise the follow-up of your application. In other cases, they are optional and have no consequence for the review of your file. By accepting the terms of this Charter, you authorize SEGULA HOLDING to communicate, if applicable, your personal data to other group companies, including those possibly located outside the European Union, for the purposes of managing your application and enriching its CV library.

SEGULA HOLDING declares that it has taken the necessary measures to oversee transfers outside the European Union and to protect your personal data. Upon simple request to SEGULA HOLDING, you may seek complete information regarding the transferred data, the exact recipients of the information, and the means implemented to oversee this transfer.

Personal data of candidates external to the company will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years after the last contact with our recruitment service, the notion of last contact being defined as the date on which you consented to the collection of your data. For internal applications, data is kept for the duration of the employee's presence in the company. 

We inform you that your data is computerized and processed confidentially, with security and confidentiality guarantees having been taken to preserve personal data posted online. In its capacity as a processor for SEGULA HOLDING, the company CEGID is authorized to access your personal information when necessary, particularly as part of its administration and maintenance missions for the Company's career site and the application management tool, but it cannot communicate this data to its own processors without having previously obtained the Company's agreement. CEGID may be required to transmit your personal data to a judicial authority upon its requisition.
